HIGH TEMPERATURE PLEATED AIR FILTERS

Our high temperature pleated filter is designed for increased air filtration efficiencies in an operating environment where temperatures reach up to 300°F.

• This product is used in applications such as paint spray booths, baking systems, drying ovens, and in any application with high operating temperatures
• The media is bonded to the entire interior surface of the frame to eliminate air bypass
• The media is supported by a high temperature expanded metal grid

Our MERV 8 high temp pleated air filter media utilizes a micro fiberglass blend. The media is pleated in a tapered radial configuration. An expanded metal reinforcement is applied to the air leaving and air entry side of the media to maintain continuity of the radial pleats. The expanded metal is galvanized to resist rust and corrosion. 

A heavy-duty aluminized steel is utilized as an encasing frame. No glue is used in this product. Maximum operating temperature up to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. This filter is U.L. classified.
